HOLISTIC MENTORSHIP
I hold a limited number of 1:1 spaces for individuals, couples, and organizations ready to move through meaningful transformation—rooted in embodiment, aligned with essence, and in service of a more coherent, creatively alive life.
Each space is customized to your unique context, desires, and evolutionary path. We work across multiple layers: nervous system attunement, somatic and creative practices, shadow integration, sacred systems like Human Design and astrology, ritual, and immersion in the natural world. These practices become portals into remembering who you are beneath conditioning—and activating your clarity, expression, and relational integrity.

We explore how you move through the world—in your inner life, relationships, creative practice, home, vocation, and community. This path supports those in transition, on the edge of something new, or longing to live and lead in a way that is more soulful, sustainable, and self-honoring.

This is also a space to birth your next creative vision or evolve your existing work into deeper alignment. With a background in experience design and strategy, I bring both intuitive and structural guidance to support artists, founders, facilitators, and leaders in shaping offerings, businesses, or bodies of work that reflect the truth of who they are becoming. ​
COMING HOME TO THE BODY
A 12-WEEK INTIMATE GROUP JOURNEY INTO EMBODIED PRESENCE AND SOMATIC FOUNDATIONS
Coming Home to the Body is a virtual, live somatic journey for those who are ready to go beyond living from their head and experience the full capacity and intelligence of the body, through sensation, nervous system awareness, emotional alchemy, and creative expression.
Over twelve weeks, you will learn to orient to your body's intelligence, work with your nervous system rather than against it, move through emotion rather than store it, meet the patterns that have shaped you with compassion rather than judgment, discover what it means to create from the inside out, and be genuinely witnessed, and to witness others, in the fullness of what is true
Each week, we meet live in a small, intimate group to move, breathe, listen, and explore together. The teaching is experiential. The learning happens in the body, not just the mind. You don't need prior experience with somatic work, just a willingness to slow down, to feel, and to trust that your body has something worth hearing.​ And if you are already exploring somatic practice, this course offers an opportunity to go deeper: to refine your felt sense, integrate what you've touched but not yet fully inhabited, and bring greater coherence to a practice that is already alive in you.
By the end, you won't just know more about your body. You will have a living relationship with it.

LEADERSHIP COACHING + STRATEGIC ADVISORY
I work with visionary, sensitive, and impact-driven leaders and organizations to cultivate embodied clarity, relational intelligence, and regenerative strategy. My approach begins in the body — developing presence, resilience, and attunement — and unfolds across identity, leadership style, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
Through somatic inquiry, mindfulness, trauma-informed facilitation, archetypal frameworks, and creative practice, I help leaders navigate thresholds, complex transitions, and organizational challenges with coherence, confidence, and strategic insight. The work supports not only personal alignment but also ripples outward: shaping how decisions are made, how teams relate, and how company culture evolves in ways that are adaptive, sustainable, and more-than-human-centered.
I partner with leaders to clarify their vision, strengthen influence, design regenerative systems, and bring their creative and strategic offerings into form — building organizations where authenticity, creativity, and impact coexist. This is not about optimizing performance; it’s about creating the conditions for transformational leadership and organizational evolution that are grounded, relational, and deeply aligned with purpose.​
ART DIRECTION & EXPERIENCE DESIGN CONSULTING
I weave together my experience in engineering, design, and multimedia art forms to craft immersive experiences that shift perception and awaken feeling. I aim to invite people into altered states of presence—spaces where emotion, story, and environment converge to create meaningful transformation. I help bring visionary ideas to life through emotionally resonant, immersive design. Drawing from a background in engineering, creative direction, and multimedia art, I shape experiences that engage the senses, stir the soul, and shift perception. Whether you're crafting a performance, installation, brand, or live event, I support you in weaving story, space, and symbolism into a cohesive, evocative journey. Together, we focus on emotional narrative arcs, aesthetic coherence, archetypal resonance, and the sensory details that invite presence—designing environments that serve as mirrors, portals, and catalysts for meaningful transformation.
PRIVATE IMMERSIONS
I offer a limited number of in-person immersions to guide and resource leaders, visionaries, artists, change-makers, space-holders, individuals and small groups in regenerating and transforming themselves at the deepest levels. I integrate and customize my practice for each space, orienting to the unique context, potential, intentions, needs, and desires. This includes but is not limited to exploring essence through sacred systems, somatic embodiment work and nervous system attunement, shadow work, mindfulness practices, ritual, medicine work, and creative practice. ​This is a deep, devotional space for individuals ready to transform holistically and fully. ​I prioritize existing clients, but work with new individuals and groups on a case-by-case basis.

HUMAN DESIGN + ASTROLOGY READING
I work with sacred systems to support individuals in connecting to their deepest essence and soul's nature. Through the Geometry of Grace paradigm, I draw upon human design and astrology to support holistic transformation. Using these different systems together allows for a multi-dimensional exploration of how to come into right relationship with our own multi-dimensional nature. In a 60- or 90-minute reading, we will explore your birth charts to uncover the core facets of your energy system, natural self-expression, personality, deeper psychological layers, strengths, challenges, gifts, and potentials within your life path, career, home, relationships, family, and beyond. We will also look at transits to see what's happening for you now and over the next few months.
