I hold a limited number of 1:1 spaces for individuals, couples, and organizations ready to move through meaningful transformation—rooted in embodiment, aligned with essence, and in service of a more coherent, creatively alive life.
Each space is customized to your unique context, desires, and evolutionary path. We work across multiple layers: nervous system attunement, somatic and creative practices, shadow integration, sacred systems like Human Design and astrology, ritual, and immersion in the natural world. These practices become portals into remembering who you are beneath conditioning—and activating your clarity, expression, and relational integrity.

We explore how you move through the world—in your inner life, relationships, creative practice, home, vocation, and community. This path supports those in transition, on the edge of something new, or longing to live and lead in a way that is more soulful, sustainable, and self-honoring.

This is also a space to birth your next creative vision or evolve your existing work into deeper alignment. With a background in experience design and strategy, I bring both intuitive and structural guidance to support artists, founders, facilitators, and leaders in shaping offerings, businesses, or bodies of work that reflect the truth of who they are becoming.
I created this space to offer what I once searched for: a more integrative approach to transformation that brings together many dimensions of healing and creation. After years of piecing together various practices, systems, and lineages on my own path, I’ve synthesized what I’ve found most effective into a coherent practice, one that honors the fullness of who you are. At its core, this work is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and attune to what wants to come through, whether that’s a creative work, a relational shift, or a new way of being. To support this process, I draw from a living framework that weaves together somatic practice, artistic ritual, ancient and modern systems wisdom, mindset and belief work, emotional alchemy, deep attunement and soul-centered coaching. I don’t lead with formulas. Instead, I meet you where you are and co-create a path that honors your rhythm, your design, your body’s knowing, and your soul’s unique intelligence.

The people I work with are often creative, sensitive, and self-aware leaders: artists, facilitators, entrepreneurs, and healers who find themselves at a threshold. They may be rediscovering their connection to their bodies, moving through a life transition, ready to expand into their creative expression, or yearning for a soulful reorientation because old identities no longer fit. They feel called to bring something meaningful into the world — a body of work, a business, a new type of experience, a more authentic version of themselves — but they may feel stuck, split, under-resourced, or overwhelmed.
